We only collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service, we do not use these details to send you unsolicited information.  We will never pass your personal or order details to any other company,other than to fulfil the delivery of your order.

When buying from Roglyn you will be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and credit card or debit card number.

The information we hold about you needs to be accurate and up to date.  The personal information that we hold about you will be held in accordance with our internal security policies and the law.

Our main priority is always customer satisfaction and with with this thought we handle all enquires and orders with efficiency and to the best of our ability.  Our aim is that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received.  We therefore are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items.

However in order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, unworn and with all labels still attached.  Please contact us through the "Contact us" link if you would like to ask about a return.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  All successfully returned purchases can only be credited to the account orginally used to purchase the item. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges on the item(s) purchased, unless the item was faulty, and then we can also refund postage. (We would advise to use an insured method of delivery if sending back to us, as Roglyn will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.)

Regarding exchanges, your new purchase will be despatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Note, items on sale and for special orders we will only offer a credit note or exchange, no refunds will be given. 

(Please note that the automatic right to refund ONLY applies to items purchased through our website.  In-store purchases are processed differently and only credit notes or exchanges will be given).

N.B. Due to this website running in parallel with a physical shop premises, the very rare situation may occur whereby you have purchased an item online that someone else may have just purchased just minutes before you in-store, making that item actually unavailable for you to purchase. 

If this ever does occur, we will contact you to see if you would like us to substitute your chosen item with another similar one, or whether you would like us to deduct the purchase from your basket and refund you.

*Please note that you may be contacted regards extra postage costs, if we have to send your item(s) as something other than a letter or small parcel.

*If you have placed an order online but then to decide just to cancel, please note that we will take whatever fees we have had to pay to our online card providers to accept your order out of your refund. (This will be a small percentage of your order cost).  If however there has been a mistake on our end and it is us having to cancel your order, your order payment will be refunded in full, with no fees deducted.
